Classes  

Tot Tumbling (ages 2-3):

Introductory (1 or 2 x/week) class that focuses on strength and coordination, flexibility, overall fitness, and the development of basic skills—forward rolls, donkey kicks, straddle rolls, etc.

Pre-School Tumbling (ages 4-5):

Introductory (2 x/week) SKILL-BASED course, that focuses on flexibility, coordination, and developing basic skills—cartwheels, handstands, backward rolls, etc.

Beginning Tumbling A-C (ages 5+):

Introductory (2 x/week) skill-based course that focuses on developing strength and flexibility, as well as mastering basic tumbling skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, handstand arch pull-ups, back bends, etc., and introduces intermediate skills such as back/front handsprings and back walkovers.

Intermediate Tumbling A-D (ages 5 +; must meet minimum requirements):

Intermediate (2 x/week) course that focuses on strength and flexibility and introduces advanced tumbling skills (i.e., back/front tucks) and focuses on perfecting basic tumbling skills and mastering intermediate skills. Minimum skill requirement: back-bend from standing up; back handspring preferable.

Advanced Tumbling (all ages; must meet minimum requirements):

Advanced (1 x/week) course that focuses on the development of strength and flexibility, as well as the development of advanced skills such as x-outs, layouts, twists, etc. Minimum skill requirement: back handspring.

12+ Tumbling:

Fast paced (1 x/week) course for beginning to intermediate tumblers ages twelve and older. Focuses on strength and flexibility and perfects basic tumbling skills such as cartwheels, round offs, and bridges; also introduces front/back walkovers and back-handsprings.

Beginning/Intermediate Cheer (ages 9+):

Introductory (1x/ week) cheer class that introduces kicks, jumps, motions, and gives students a strong tumbling foundation. Minimum requirement: cartwheel, round off, bridge; back-handspring preferable.

All Star Prep (ages 5+):

Intermediate (2x/week) course that prepares each participant for our all-star competition teams. Introduces kicks, jumps, motions, and perfects intermediate tumbling skills such as: front walkovers, back walkovers, back handsprings, etc. Minimum requirement: cartwheel, round off, back walkover; back-handspring preferable.

Mini and Junior Level 2 All Stars:

(5-14; try-outs required): Intermediate (2 x/week) course that focuses on developing flexibility, teamwork, tumbling, jumps, and stunting. Minimum: back handspring.

Junior Level 4 All Stars (8-14; try-outs required):

Advanced (2x/week) course that focuses on developing flexibility, teamwork, tumbling, jumps, and stunting. Minimum: standing back handspring/round-off back tuck.

High School Open Gym:

Tumbling opportunity for experienced, high school aged tumblers looking to practice and perfect intermediate to advanced running/standing tumbling.

Adult Tumbling:

Tumbling opportunity for any adult interested in learning new tumbling skills or improving on current skills.
